Returns/Exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase and I am very exciting to be able to share my creations with you. However, this is a small business and the products are custom-made or made for sale on the website as per photos. I do my very best to take photographs true to their colours. Our pieces are lovingly handmade with the highest standard, they take a substantial amount of time to make and are quality checked before we send them out.
Due to the artisan nature of our work and hygiene purposes, returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted, so please choose carefully.
Before completing your purchase, please make sure you read the product description, product dimensions and shipping policy in full.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective or broken items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If any items are damaged on arrival, they must be photographed immediately and sent to niftywillowstore@gmail.com together with a brief description and I will do my best. Items sent back to us without the aforementioned details will not be accepted.
